For crust, mix flour, nuts, sugar and Butter with pastry blender. Spread in 9×13 inch pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. After removing from oven, cool in refrigerator.
Next, cream together your powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 container of Cool Whip. Spread mixture on cool crust. Prepare pudding mixes, using milk. Pour over top of cream cheese mixture and crust. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top! Put in fridge and chill for several hours.
