I was lookin' through my recipes for the 4th of July & ran across this one & just HAD to make it! It has nothing to do with July 4th, but it's a good 'un!! If you've never had a "Coke Cake", you really do need to try it!! I'm not sure if this is a local thing or not... I just remember Mom makin' it when I was a kid. I'm not a big Cake fan, but this one is so moist and the icing is just irresistible. I hope you get a chance to try it. :-) --CG

Baked Hard-Boiled Eggs
For anyone who may not know, the best way to make "hard-boiled" eggs is in the oven! Place eggs in a muffin tin so they don't roll around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, and bake for 25-30 min. That's it! Not only are they tastier, but they are also much easier to peel.
