1 Minute Microwave Skinny Brownie

1 Minute Microwave Skinny Brownie
I love this brownie. And it is Guilt and Gluten free!!

Ingredients
1 egg
2 Tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
1 tsp almond milk
3 Tbs cocoa
1 Tbsp almond flour (or reg flour)
dash of salt
2 1/2 Tbsp Stevia or desired sweetener
1 Tbsp sugar free chocolate chips, optional

Beat egg well in mug. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave 1min and 10s. Let stand in microwave 1 minute before serving. Enjoy!

BANANA CRUMB CAKE
This recipe takes Banana Bread to a whole new level of Awesomeness!!

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour milk (add 1 Tbsp of vinegar to milk and let sit 5 minutes)

For the streusel, mix:
3/4 cup (12 Tbsp) melted butter
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon

For the glaze, mix:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray, set aside.
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, mash bananas. Mix in butter until combined and then mix in sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla. With mixer running on low, carefully add flour and mix until just combined.
Prepare streusel by combining all the ingredients in a medium bowl, mix in the butter until a coarse crumb forms.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into the prepared pan. Top with 1/3 of the crumb mixture. Cover the filling with the remaining batter and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for at least 1 hour.
Mix together the glaze ingredients and drizzle over the cake before serving.
Enjoy!

Homemade Banana Pudding

Homemade Banana Pudding
Yummm!!!

Ingredients:
2 bags Vanilla Wafers
6 bananas, sliced
2 cups milk
1 5 oz. box instant French Vanilla pudding
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz. container frozen whipped topping thawed

Directions:
Line the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top.Large Bowl – Combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer.Medium Bowl – Combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mix.Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with the remaining cookies.Refrigerate until ready to serve!

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract</p>
<p>Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.<br />
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about ½ hour.<br />
Once Chilled, roll into 1” balls.<br />
Store in an airtight container & keep refrigerated for up to one week. </p>

CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS
This is a must try!!! <3

Ingredients:
1 lb mushrooms
2 Tbs unsalted butter
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 Tbs finely chopped onion
2 Tbs finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 lb crab
2 cups crushed oyster crackers
1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten well
1/2 cup water
6 slices white cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°. Wash and stem mushrooms. Transfer to a bowl and cool in the refrigerator. Melt the butter in a medium pan and sauté celery, onion and bell pepper for 2 minutes. Finely chop half of the mushroom stems and combine with sautéed vegetables. Add the crab, crackers, cheese, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg and water and mix well. Divide mushroom caps equally among 6 individual buttered baking dishes and spoon 1 tablespoon of the stuffing into each mushroom. Cover with a slice of cheese and bake until cheese is lightly browned, about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
1/3 cup chopped green onion, to taste
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1 inch slices
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise ( not low-fat or lite)
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (28 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
In a bowl, combine onions, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Add beef and mix well.
shape into 1-inch balls; place on a rack.
In a shall baking pan, bake for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink. (Or cook in a skillet on medium heat.).
Reduce oven temperature to 350.
Meanwhile, arrange bread in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish.
(All of the bread might not be used.).
Combine cream cheese, mayo, Italian seasoning and pepper; spread over the bread.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella.
Combine sauce, water and garlic; add meatballs.
Pour over cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.

<p>Ingredients:<br /><br />
Servings: 12</p><br />
<p>Cake<br /><br />
2 cups all-purpose flour<br /><br />
2 cups granulated sugar<br /><br />
1 teaspoon baking soda<br /><br />
1 cup butter<br /><br />
1 cup cola, beverage<br /><br />
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder<br /><br />
1/2 cup buttermilk<br /><br />
2 eggs<br /><br />
1 teaspoon vanilla</p><br />
<p>First Frosting<br /><br />
7 ounces marshmallow cream</p><br />
<p>Second Frosting<br /><br />
1/2 cup butter<br /><br />
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder<br /><br />
9 tablespoons cola, this should be the remaining cola left in a 12oz can<br /><br />
1 teaspoon vanilla<br /><br />
4 cups confectioners' sugar</p><br />
<p>Directions:</p><br />
<p>1 Cake:.<br /><br />
2 Preheat oven to 350°F.<br /><br />
3 Spray a 9x13 glass pan with nonstick spray.<br /><br />
4 Combine flour, granulated sugar and baking soda in mixing bowl.<br /><br />
5 In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup butter, 5 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup cola beverage to boiling. (whisk together as it melts).<br /><br />
6 Pour over the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. I just use a whisk for this because it comes together so easily.<br /><br />
7 Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.<br /><br />
8 Pour into prepared 9x13 pan.<br /><br />
9 Bake for 40 minutes.<br /><br />
10 During last 10 minutes of baking prepare frosting.<br /><br />
11 Prepare Second Frosting:.<br /><br />
12 Place 5 cups confectioners' sugar in a mixing bowl.<br /><br />
13 In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder and 9 tablespoons cola beverage. Whisk together. Heat to boiling.<br /><br />
14 Remove from heat, stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.<br /><br />
15 Pour over 4 cups confectioners' sugar.<br /><br />
16 Mix well with a whisk.<br /><br />
17 Assembly:.<br /><br />
18 Remove cake from oven.<br /><br />
19 Immediately frost with marshmallow cream. Go slow. This will prevent tearing the cake. As the fluff warms a bit it will spread easily.<br /><br />
20 Slowly pour warm coco-cola frosting over marshmallow fluff.<br /><br />
21 It's best to let this cake cool for about an hour before cutting into it.</p><br />

Coke Cake-Cracker Barrel Style
This just might be even Better than Cracker Barrel’s Version! You have to try it!

Ingredients:
Servings: 12

Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter
1 cup cola, beverage
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

First Frosting
7 ounces marshmallow cream

Second Frosting
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
9 tablespoons cola, this should be the remaining cola left in a 12oz can
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups confectioners’ sugar

Directions:

1 Cake:.
2 Preheat oven to 350°F.
3 Spray a 9×13 glass pan with nonstick spray.
4 Combine flour, granulated sugar and baking soda in mixing bowl.
5 In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup butter, 5 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup cola beverage to boiling. (whisk together as it melts).
6 Pour over the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. I just use a whisk for this because it comes together so easily.
7 Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
8 Pour into prepared 9×13 pan.
9 Bake for 40 minutes.
10 During last 10 minutes of baking prepare frosting.

– 2 apples

– 2 cinnamon sticks

– 1 liter of water

Preparation and use:

First wash the apples well, then cut them into thin slices – thin enough that you can put them into a bottle, and then together with cinnamon put them in a glass bottle, pour the water in it and put them in the fridge during the night. The next day you will have your ideal drink.

Use the content of the bottle during the day, and in the evening, pour new water for the next day. You can use one dose of this recipe for three days. On the fourth day put new apples and cinnamon. The ideal detox dose is no more than 35 days, after this period you should make a break of 10 days before you begin again.

Crab Rangoon Dip – A party favorite!

Crab Rangoon Dip - A party favorite!

Ingredients:
2 cups crab meat
16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks)
1/2 cup sour cream
4 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
1. First, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about a minute.
2. Chop your green onions. Add them and your two cups of crab meat .
3. Add the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder and lemon juice.
4. Mix all the ingredients and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees. Serve hot with chips or fried wantons or pork rinds.
