Christmas Cocoa 
FORGET THE STORE BOUGHT PACKAGE!! You more than likely have this stuff in your kitchen now.. So this is my easy way of making a great cup of hot chocolate! 

You will need: 
1 Tbsp. Water
2 Heaping Tbsp. Cocoa Powder 
3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar 
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp. Salt 
1 C. Milk
Large Marshmallows 
Decorating Writing Icing

*Optional Add-Ins:*
Pumpkin Spice Cocoa: Add 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice into mixture, more or less to taste.
Mint Cocoa: Add 1/2 Tsp. Mint Extract into mixture, more or less to taste.
Canadian Cocoa: Add 1/2 Maple Extract into mixture, more or less to taste.
Mocha Cocoa: Add 2 Tsp. Powdered Instant Coffee into mixture, more or less to taste.
Eggnog Cocoa: Add 1 large egg yolk and 1/2 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg to mixture. You can add 1/4 Ground Cinnamon, if desired.

*Optional Garnish Ideas:*
Whipped Cream
Candy Cane 
Cinnamon Stick
Ground Cinnamon 
Chocolate Syrup
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
In a small saucepan, over medium-low heat, pour in water, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, salt, milk (and Add-Ins, if using), stirring constantly. DO NOT boil. Once heated through and mixed well, turn off burner and allow to set while you decorate the marshmallows. Using writing icing, decorate the large marshmallows into a snowman face. Set aside. Pour hot cocoa into a mug. Add marshmallows and enjoy the little sips of Winter.
This recipe will make 1 cup of Hot Chocolate! Just double it for Cocoa For Two!
