Powdered Sugar
Directions:
In a small saucepan, over medium-low heat, pour in water, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, salt, milk (and Add-Ins, if using), stirring constantly. DO NOT boil. Once heated through and mixed well, turn off burner and allow to set while you decorate the marshmallows. Using writing icing, decorate the large marshmallows into a snowman face. Set aside. Pour hot cocoa into a mug. Add marshmallows and enjoy the little sips of Winter.
This recipe will make 1 cup of Hot Chocolate! Just double it for Cocoa For Two!
