GREAT NAIL POLISH IDEA 1) You'll need freshly painted & dried fingernails in the color of your choice, a bath pouf, a makeup sponge and white acrylic paint. 2) Cut a loop of your pouf so you have just one layer of netting. 3) Pull netting over fingernail at an angle. 4) Dip makeup sponge into acrylic paint. 5) Gently dab sponge onto nail. 6) When it dries, finish with a clear topcoat. Orange and black would be cute for Halloween.
